Sound
- sonorous sound at low engine speeds
- clearly sporty and aggressive at high revs
- Switchable from the cockpit to a significantly throatier and louder sound
- No annoying droning
Approval: EC approval
We have a general operating permit (ABE) for Germany and an EC approval number for the EU. The number is engraved on the system, and you will also receive a written copy of the certificate. With the exception of a few countries, the ABE is even valid worldwide. Our sports exhaust system or flap exhaust system is registration-free.
NAP Automatic Valve Control
Our flap exhaust is controlled by the NAP Automatic Valve Control. The electronic control unit NAP Valve Control is the brain of our valve exhaust systems. Because the NAP Valve Control unit can read Canbus signals coming from the engine's ECU, it ensures that you are always legally compliant, regardless of the current mode. The system is bound to the parameters specified by the EU. If necessary, it intervenes smoothly and seamlessly. The electronic flaps are switched from sporty comfort to a throaty racing sound using the NAP button in the cockpit.
Also
- Production serial number engraved on the silencer.
- Our system is suitable for both the coupé and the convertible.
- The flaps used are of very high quality and can withstand the pressure of the engine - no rattling.
Convertible assembly kit
We have developed a special installation kit for the Cabriolet model in order to be able to install our system precisely in the smaller installation space.
Add this convertible mounting kit to your shopping cart: 50001140
Instead of the standard tailpipe, we use tailpipes with a beveled design and a diameter of 100 mm. The stainless steel tailpipes are double-walled. This special design allows extreme heat to be dissipated from the outer tips, preventing the tailpipes from annealing. In this way, our sports exhaust system retains its high-quality appearance over the entire service life of the system, which is significantly longer than with the original system made of steel components.
Tailpipes in the “polished stainless steel” version are finished with a NAP logo laser engraving.
